About Me — Emily Lewis, Ingrained Moments Woodcraft

I handcraft unique, tactile wooden artworks using sustainably sourced Scottish hardwoods — inspired by Scottish wildlife, pets, and family moments, made in Scotland."

Every one of my Ingrained Moments wooden wall art pieces and sculptures is unique, and is treated as such throughout its creation. Each element is personally designed and crafted, and I love to see their character emerge. Living and working in Scotland, I only use sustainably sourced Scottish hardwoods and personally select each piece to suit the particular project.

As well as creating unusual Scottish wildlife artwork, I also regularly work to commission - extra special pet portraits, treasured family moments or a favourite view. I love bringing your ideas to life, and it is my hope that they will become much-loved keepsakes for many years to come.

I live in Falkirk, Scotland with my partner Simon, our kids Robin & Flora, and not forgetting our two beautiful dogs Spring and Birdie. Animals, nature & woodwork - each makes me very happy and I feel incredibly lucky that they all play a significant role in my life. Whenever possible, you will find me with border collies by my side and a project in hand, although these days I will probably be chasing after a kid or two at the same time!
